As managing general partner for Eastgate Properties, I was responsible for design and supervision of all construction and project details. The property, featured in two issues of Home Magazine, was gutted and rebuilt; transforming an early 1960's one story ranch to a two story, 7000+ square foot California Contemporary. It sold in 6 weeks and was the highest price paid for a house in the upper Bel-Air Road area at that time.

I completely renovated this 9300 square foot contemporary gated estate in lower Bel-Air. The one acre property commanded breathtaking views of the Los Angeles basin from downtown to the Pacific Ocean. The house was featured on an episode of Million Dolar Listing: Los Angeles - Season 7 (Bravotv.com) which aired in October 2014.

I completely renovated this single story 1960's house in the hills above downtown Laguna Beach into a casual California contemporary design perfectly suited for the beach lifestyle.  Project included updating the kitchen and baths and adding a 1500 square foot deck across the entire back of the house doubling the usable living space.  Finishing the outside entertaining area is a swimming pool and spa, unusual for Laguna due to the limited exterior space.
